CONFIRMATIONS

Telephone booking confirmations are immediate.
SMS Bookings may be confirmed only during operating hours.
Online Bookings with instant email confirmation.
A confirmation or rescheduling email will be sent to you.
If you need immediate confirmation, please call any of our booking hotlines.

Please note bookings of 4 persons and above require advanced payment to confirm your preferred treatment date and time.

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS

Appointments may be canceled by email or contact us at +6229922878.No fees will be charged. For the convenience of other clients, we kindly request that all cancellations or changes be made at least 24-hrs prior to your scheduled treatment time.

Changes to Advanced Bookings must be made at least 48-hrs prior to the appointment. No show on appointment will deem treatment used.

Pink Parlour reserves the right to change our Booking & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this site and emailed to all our members.
